The selection criteria and description are as follows:   

       1. The product or technology has independent intellectual property rights and is innovative and advanced;

       2. The product or technology has been practically applied, and certain progress has been made in industrialization;

       3. The relevant patents of the product or technology accepted or authorized by the relevant state departments are in 2019-2021;
